Am I done with my period yet-___-?

Started on Saturday it was really light same on Sunday... Then Monday Tuesday an Wednesday it was really heavy like I used maxi pads and I had to change my tampon like every hour and u ha really bad cramps. Today it was a little lighter but not much. I'm still bleeding right now but it's like a regular flow. I am going to my friend s tomorrow at noon but I don't know what to wear I'm comfortable wearing tampons and pads but I leak a regular size tampon in like an hour... Well at least I did this time this is only my 4 th period so it's very irregular. I don't want to be Going to the bathroom constantly at y friends house. I'm 14. What should I do . Also idk if this makes a difference but I'm really horny right now. Also we are going swimming tomorrow so idk what to do. Help please!
