Will blonde hair dye turn my hair orange?

...if I have well water with minerals? I bought Clairol Born Blonde Maxi because I got tired of having the black I dyed in last year and I wanted to go blonde. I'm about to do it but now I'm worried my stupid well water which ruins my hair everyday anyways, will ruin the hair dye. Will it? D:
