Is this A Good Fitness Program?
If you are looking to lose weight, you need to focus more on your diet. You should be eating clean foods and get an idea of what your caloric intake for the day should be. As for lifting programs, you should look into New Rules of Lifting, which you can find online or at Barnes and Noble. It has a very specific programs for multiple goals. As a beginner you will only be able to gain size and strength, while losing weight, for a short period of time. After this you will need to choose weather or not you want to keep losing weight or start gaining muscle.
