My did my racist neighbour mean by this?

My racist neighbour who lives in a flat adjacent to my home, wrote on an A4 piece of paper reading "Osma Bin Laden dead 7 million to go" what does he mean why this? Should I be worried? He also have a BNP poster and England flags on his windows.
