MEDICAL KNOWLEDGE PLEASE!!!!!?

My aunt is in the hospital and going downhill fast. She is 84 and has a history of a CABG and AICD. She is completely anasarcic and hypotensive (90/50 at the best) she was started on TPN due to lack of appetite. She is lethargic and pasty in color. Her liver enzymes were through the roof upon admission and are coming down. Hepatitis and EBV was ruled out. BUN is 55 and creat is 1.4. Potassium is rising too...5.7. I think someone said her BNP was around 2000. There is no lasix on board due to her pressure falling. I am a nurse and requested many of these tests to be run, but don't know what to ask for next. I am out of state and not at the hospital where I work at.....Any help would be greatly appreciated!
