What could be wrong?????? HELP!!!!?

I am a 19 yr old male in good health and shape. I was admitted to the hospital with BP 220/134, chest pain, headache, pale, nausea. BNP is elevated and bp in legs is 40 higher than arms. PT was elevated and d dimer as well. All tests have come back fine. Echo, ct of head, chest, abdomen and pelvis. Although ct of chest was done without contrast. They have me on 4 different BP meds and xanax three times a day. BP still will spike up to 160/100s andBNP is more elevated. Please tell me there has to be a cause for this. They are saying that I may just have high blood pressure.
