So I had an itunes account on our regular computer , then i got a laptop for christmas and put itunes on there. When I plugged my ipod into my old computer after all my new songs from my laptop itunes were on my ipod, it popped up erase and sync or transfer purchases. what does transfer purchases do? Will it put the songs from the old computer onto my ipod as well as my newer songs? I'm so confused and I bet after reading this you probably are too. Sorry , but just bare with me. Haha (:

Ok i know i already asked this, but i really would like some more answers. So recently (like the last 2-3 months), ive been having really heavy periods. Overnight i could SOAK an overnight extra heavy maxi pad. I know that losing a lot of blood can cause anemia and since my period started i have been feeling really tired, lightheaded. and dizzy. Is the smell from my turtle tank affecting my lungs?

I recently upgraded to a larger size turtle tank which also means that it is more inconvenient to clean. I'm only able to clean it about once a month and it always smells really bad. I have a good quality filter that clears up most of the waste but it still stinks. There is also a small patch of mold on the rock that my Turtle uses to sun bathe on. Tiny Rash-Like Bumps ALL OVER My Face!!!?

About two days ago I woke up and my face was broken out. It was definitely NOT acne. It looks like a bunch of little bumps all over my face (i.e. chin, cheeks, forehead, behind my ears). They're dry and flaky and quite irritating. They're not itchy, but they kind of make my face feel tight (this is the best way I can describe it, so bare with me please). So my mom thinks I'm having an allergic reaction to something new in the house...which could be a possibility of things!! I just recently got a kitten last week. I have had cats before and nothing like this has happened. Although allergies can take effect at any time. But if that's the case, then why isn't the rest of my body broke out? Especially my hands? Then there's the new face cleanser that my sister bought (which that's what I think it is). She has really bad allergies so she bought a new L'OREAL skin cleanser (go 360 clean deep facial cleanser). I have only used it once. I used it that night and woke up with my face like this the next morning. But it's been two days and my face has only gotten worse!! Maybe it was something I ate. I do have a peanut allergy. But I can't recall anything that could have even possibly had peanuts in it. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!!! Could someone at least give me a home remedy so that I could make this go away?! It's killing my self-esteem and I'm already sort of depressed. I moved to this school in fifth grade. Now I'll be going into freshman year. During the summer of fifth and sixth grade I went to the school to hang out with my best friend at the time(A girl). On the way there as we passed the gas station, there was a group of the more jock-like guys, who I do not like because they were very rude and judged people A LOT. Yes, we did have jock-ish people at that time, more mild then, though. Story short- we got called losers, fatties, bitches, etc., but went on. To my surprise, he was in my 6th grade class. Well, I avoided him because of his douche-ish acts. During the year, I progressed into more of a girl.(Within 3 months) Meaning--not to be offensive-- I slimmed out and got 4 inches taller.I was really short, by the end of that I was 5' and 1 half inches. After that was over... I caught him staring at me. That went on for the rest of the school year. While we were at a week long camp(in May), he was in my group, one thing on my mind- oh joy... I told this kid who I joke around with a lot that I, jokingly, hated him, the guy who I'm asking the question about(who I'll nickname 'boy') was behind me talking to a guy. Boy then said, 'you don't hate me, right?'. Confused I said "no.. you're alright." that was odd. On the last day of school, Boy walked up to me blushing and was going to say something, but then walked away.(I know it's long, bare with me!) He has been in 4 of my classes(not including 6th grade) during the course of middle school, and has been my project partner once, and we barely talked to each other during that time, or during middle school at all. I am a 19 yr old male in good health and shape. I was admitted to the hospital with BP 220/134, chest pain, headache, pale, nausea. BNP is elevated and bp in legs is 40 higher than arms. PT was elevated and d dimer as well. All tests have come back fine. Echo, ct of head, chest, abdomen and pelvis. Although ct of chest was done without contrast. They have me on 4 different BP meds and xanax three times a day. BP still will spike up to 160/100s andBNP is more elevated. Please tell me there has to be a cause for this. They are saying that I may just have high blood pressure.

How do I fix my bleached hair?

I bleached my hair last night with clairol born blonde maxi and ruined my hair. I only dyed the front part of my hair (my bangs) and I applied it wrong. I applied it to my roots first and then to the rest of my hair. Now my roots are bright sunny yellow and the tips and other parts are orange yellow. A cardigan that you could wear buttoned up (it can get quite chilly in the evenings) or a jumper. Nothing too big and clumsily if you want to the look smart. I don't mean to be unkind but are you securing your pads properly? If you are and the period is really that heavy that you soak through in 20 minutes then yu should see a doctor. Usually the pads have a waterproof backing so I find this alarming. Are you soaking through or leaking either side because of an ill fitting pad? Maybe you need a different shaped one with wings? If truly you are soaking through go to your GP.

I have a syrian hamster named tilly, and she chews on her cage ALL night long! It isn't a wire cage, it doesn't have the little wire bares like most. It is a habitrail hamster suite. There is a little lip on the door of the cage that she chews on. There are also the add on plastic pieces that she chews on. My parents always complain about it, and I'm also worried about Tilly. Yes the ride has 4 sides I think it was and there are standing seats but you still have a sort of saddle to perch on and they harness you in as well as putting a strap between your legs so that you are completely safe. It is good fun you will enjoy it its really quick! I have been in October before and there were barely any queues and I have been to the Hotel next to the park in July for 2 weeks. We just lay by the pool in the day and went to the park at night when it was cooler and less busy. If you are going to be waiting in a long queue you may as well go for it and go on the stand up seat its great fun you will love it if you like roller coasters! I am unsure about fast pass though probably if you are going during the day. Have a great time!

Dark red marks on foot arch from exercise, is it okay?

Well I've been working out alot, on my feet alot, and today I did a little over 3 hours of rebounding (mini trampoline) and when I stopped to take a break after the 3 hours I noticed there were long red marks all along the arch of my foot. I'm wondering if that's bad or if it just means it's irritated. If it's just irritated that's okay I just want to make sure I'm not really damaging my feet or anything. Because I need to do 2 more hours and I usually do 1 hour of jump rope as well and 2 workout DVD routines and some dancing so I just want to make sure my feet are okay and it's not a sign of an injury to come or anything. Also all the workouts I do are with bare feet, I refuse to workout with shoes on unless I'm dancing because they completely throw me off. MEDICAL KNOWLEDGE PLEASE!!!!!?

My aunt is in the hospital and going downhill fast. She is 84 and has a history of a CABG and AICD. She is completely anasarcic and hypotensive (90/50 at the best) she was started on TPN due to lack of appetite. She is lethargic and pasty in color. Her liver enzymes were through the roof upon admission and are coming down. Hepatitis and EBV was ruled out. BUN is 55 and creat is 1.4. Potassium is rising too...5.7. I think someone said her BNP was around 2000. There is no lasix on board due to her pressure falling. I am a nurse and requested many of these tests to be run, but don't know what to ask for next. I am out of state and not at the hospital where I work at.....Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Okay, first of all this friend does have a girlfriend. But when she's not around, if you didn't know he had a girlfriend you'd think we was gay from the way he acts around other boys and the comments he makes. Are maxi skirts in style or not?

I am thinking of making a few maxi skirts for the summer whilst I am pregnant so I don't have to wear jeans, I don't feel comfortable wearing skirts whilst pregnant. Ok so I started my most recent period on May 18th and It last up to June 8th. Through out it was very light. I rarely had to use a panty liner during it because it was so light. The blood would be at times brownish looking and then at other times it would be fresh. I got off my period on june the 8th. A week and two days later I started again. Only Im bleeding less than I was on my last period. Ive been having unprotected sex. I dont think Im pregnant but im not sure. Running half marathon on Saturday and just got my period?????? PLEASE help!!!?

Hey guys! :) I am 15 and in two days am running a half marathon. The WORST possible scenario is for me to get my period, and today I started seeing little drops of blood in my panties :( The last time I had my period, it was SO heavy that I was bleeding through like 7 maxi pads a day, and I was throwing up and everything (fevering, etc). It was probably the worst, most painful 11 days of my life (AND my periods last forEVER!) If this is what is going to happen for the next couple days, there is NO way I will be able to run this half marathon! I have already paid 50 dollars for everything, and have been so excited, and I am going to cry if I am miserable because of my stupid old period that day!! Plus, if I DO have my period, what am I going to do on race day?? I tried my first tampon last period, and I am still not comfortable with them at all, so that's not really an option, and then wearing a HUGE maxi pad for four hours (while running and sweating and everything) does NOT sound too fun at ALL! Single mum with a 21 month old daughter. is she hitting milestones?

My daughter and I have been alone together since she was 6 months old. She has been checked out by doctors and is hitting her milestones physicaly. I'm starting to worry now that her development with speaking and listening and following simple comands aren't what they should be. Not hungry, but I HAVE to eat...?

A good thing to do would be to make a list of foods you like and eat those more often. That way, when you have to eat, you'll enjoy the calories. If you aren't hungry, but you have to eat, try eating foods that will be good for your body. As long as you know that the foods will benefit your body, not make you fat, you won't mind eating them as much. To gain weight, you could also take up weightlifting. Muscle weighs more than fat, so that will help you gain healthy weight faster. I dont really know of a way to be hungrier, but I suppose you could try making delicious meals that make you want to eat. If you see food that you like, you'll feel hungry, even if in reality you aren't actually that hungry. Basically, you just want the taste. Im glad thay you are recovering from it. I can imagine how hard it must be and I desperately want you to succeed. It is great to know that there are people out there with the willpower to overcome anorexia. If one of the main reasons you dont want to eat is a fear of becoming fat, keep in mind that you burn calories just being awake. You even burn them sleeping. You can definitely gain healthy weight by weightlifting and keep off the unhealthy fat by eating nutritious foods that will help your bones and muscles. Good luck and I hope this helped!

Will my hair turn orange?

Hi!! So, it's summer and like any other trouble making teen, i wanted to color my hair. I had my older sister who has so much more experience than me at coloring hair bleach my hair for me but the front turned platinum blonde while the back turned orange. I didn't care much because I was planning to dye my hair blue over that. So I dyed it blue and it looked awesome but as it started to wash out, some of the blue dye seeped onto my platinum blonde hair and now it has a green tint to it but it's still REALLY blonde. The blue began to wash out and some of the orange began to show whereas the blue just turned green because of the orange. My roots are also showing and I'm a natural brunette, so it looks really crappy. I wanted to bleach again because I easily get bored with my hair color. I picked up some Nice n' Easy Born Blonde Maxi bleach by Clairol. This is what I used last time, but I had been bleaching my hair from black. I waited about two months before getting the bleach so my hair could have time to kind of heal. It's in MUCH better condition and I have really thick and strong hair. Though, because of my green-ish blue-ish hair color, will the bleach turn my hair orange again?

I would try telling your dad or ask your mom if you could talk to her. find a way to make her listen, she's being ugly and not at all fair. My mom used to not approve of some of the people I talk to until I explained to her that those are my only friends out of the ones she does know those are the ones who actually care and now she's fine with it.

A little friendly dog like that doesn't need a prong. A prong is overkill. Try with a flat collar first, pop it the way you would with a training collar and bring her back into a heel. Macbook Pro... death of my logicboard :(?

Advice on dying my hair pink?

The bleach you got works great, that's what I use on my hair most of the time. When I used to do colored streaks in my hair like that, I would wait until after I washed the bleach out and dried my hair. And as for conditioning, when you wash out the bleach use a tonnnnnnnn of conditioner in your hair. I usually use a whole bottle lol. Then just wash it all out and let it air dry, hair dryers after bleaching makes my hair look fried haha. That's when you add the pink, and just follow the instructions on the bottle, unless you want a more drastic, deep pink, then leave it in a bit longer.

However my salary is varied and so there is no way to PROVE I am taking home a low wage each month.

Im going into 8th grade and i'm applying to go to Bergen Technical High School or Teterboro Technical High School. I'm going towards Bergen though but I heard that it's very hard to get in. Do they base you on your grades you get? I am a "A" and "B" student but i have to try my very hardest. Once in a while i will get C's but i bring my grade up. That's usually in spanish or Social Studies. I know you have to take a test in January and you will know like in April if you got accepted. Is the test hard? (If you've taken it) Is it kind of like all the stuff you've learn over the years or from middle school? I usually drive by the school alot of times when im going to Barnes and Noble and it's so beautiful and magnificent. I once went in the auditorium when i had a dance recital and it was stuning. It's like bigger than two movie theaters seats combined. Is there alot of classes you can take that is unique? Any sports? If you have attended can you state some. I'm about to be and 8th grader and some people might say its too early to be trying to get in Bergen Tech but to me its not. Bought a Honda PCX scooter and major regret!?

It's a great little bike - with the emphasis on LITTLE!! The seat divider is too close to the front and I find it exceptionally uncomfortable to the point that it's hurting my back - although apart from that it's very nippy and exceptionally economical with start/stop technology. Would you 'chaps' out there bite the bullet and trade it in for something better and more suitable/comfortable (the bike was bought from new but I couldn't take one for a test drive before you ask) if you could just about afford it? I know I will lose a lot of money on it but I think my safety and comfort is more important. What do you all think? I'm tempted to trade up to the S-Wing 125 - I've ridden much larger maxi scooters before but now have a car so only really need the bike for commuting to work and shopping but still it has to feel comfortable and I need to feel safe and protected from the elements. Why can angels go to hell, but demons can't go to heaven?

I'm larely agnostic, but this question confuses the heck out of me. Bare in mind that I really don't have much knowledge on this subject and am not trying to insult anyones faith or lack of. I just know that angels have fallen from God's grace and been sent to hell, so how is it that a demon cannot become good enough to go to heaven? Islam isn't bad, or at least no worse than Christianity. Most Muslims are perfectly nice and rational people, but just like Christianity and Judaism, they have some extremist people. Also yes,Islam isn't very friendly towards women and Homosexuals but neither were Christians and Jews historically. But since we live in a democracy now, we forced fundamentalists to get over it. As for do they want to see the UK turned into an Islamic nation, I'm sure there is, just like there is many Christians who want to see America turned into a Christian nation, there's just more rational people who realize that living under a theocracy is generally a bad idea. Do you like this Maternity Dress (For a wedding evening party) ?

I love it! I think it is definitely dressy enough. The colors are so cute, and the pattern is fun. It is appropriate for a wedding, and it looks like it would be very comfortable even though your body may not be. The only thing I would suggest is to maybe get some fashion tape. It is for strapless tops/dresses and looks like a roll of scotch tape. You place a strip of it on your clothes, and then it adheres to your chest. (Wearing a strapless is brave when you're pregnant!) Fashion tape can be found at stores like JC Penney in the lingerie or even at bridal stores, and it is not too expensive. A lot of girls use it for bridal gowns or prom dresses and I know that it works well. I'm sure you will get lots of compliments on how you look with this dress!

Just got braces tightened and tooth moved already?

A few weeks ago maybe a month or two, my orthodontist put a spring in between two teeth while I had braces to make room for a tooth that was stuck way behind them and couldn't be attached to the wires. Well today was finally the day to have the spring taken off and have the tooth attached to the wire like all the other teeth. Well when I got home it hurt a lot so I took a nap hoping it would feel better when I woke up. I woke up about and hour ago and it hurt like someone was freaking pulling my teeth out with their bare hands.I looked in the mirror and my tooth that was behind the other was already forward and it the right place!!! So, is it normal for a tooth to move that fast in a period of just 4 to 5 hours?! I 've had braces since February and haven't seen any other teeth move that fast!
